I just took delivery of my 2005 MB C320 yesterday and I was wondering if there were any cool lookin' spoilers out there. Also, are engine mods uncommon for this car? I think it has great potential with some quality parts.

that looks ok...but i'm more of a fan of the lip spoiler instead of the raised basket-handle.

where can i get the lip spoiler for my SS? dealer? how much do they cost? what the cheapest lip spoiler go for? hows the replicas on ebay? good quality?

4) $1 made out of construction paper, and all the way up to $1000 if you want carbon fiber
5) replicas suck

anyone know the who made this spoiler? cause my body shop called MB dealer they said it's not OEM. it's aftermarket parts. so they can only get C55 spoiler for me for 400. anyone seen the real C55 spoiler? how does it look?

I believe this is the OEM spoiler for SS.

 

Your body shop and the MB dealer are *******g morons them. Find another dealer.

The picture you posted is an MB picture, for godsakes. Of course that is an OEM spoiler. It is right out of the Build Your Own feature on the MBUSA.com site.

There are pictures of the C55 spoiler both on MBUSA.com website and in many places on this forum.

You are correct Kev. If you look at the 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Accessories Brochure at any dealership, you will see that exact picture
of the OEM spoiler. Same one Rubenl has.

 

The picture that BabyBenz6spd posted above, is identical to the 2004 OEM MB Spoiler for the C-Class Sedan & Sport Sedan.

The rear end of C55 should be the same as the other C's, although the nose of the C55 is longer

 

Thanks ! good to know. I was under the impression that the AMG C55 might be a little wider than the regular C line. I think it just looks that way due to it's length and AMG body-kit lines.

So I guess, it's safe to say, that C32 and C55 AMG spoilers will fit regular C-Class sedans.

Also, notice that the OEM accessory MB spoilers for C-Classes change every year. At least I've noticed differences in their annual Accessory Brochures.

I'm pretty sure this is correct. The C55 borrows its front-end from the CLK (to fit the larger engine), but the rest of the body I believe is identical to the other C-class sedans.

I don't know if the OEM spoiler changes *every* year, but the '05 is definitely different from the '04. You're right, the '04 is the wing-type that babybenz6spd posted. The '05 is a lip spoiler as pictured in the accessory brochure. But still not the same as the C55's spoiler.

 

yes, they will. how many time do i have to repeat that we all have the same freaking trunk!!!

the accessories are all made by other company. changes every year because MBusa stock them differently every year.
