I just took delivery of my 2005 MB C320 yesterday and I was wondering if there were any cool lookin' spoilers out there. Also, are engine mods uncommon for this car? I think it has great potential with some quality parts.

3) each dealer has different price, call & ask.
4) $1 made out of construction paper, and all the way up to $1000 if you want carbon fiber

do you have the part number by any chance?
anyone know the who made this spoiler? cause my body shop called MB dealer they said it's not OEM. it's aftermarket parts. so they can only get C55 spoiler for me for 400. anyone seen the real C55 spoiler? how does it look?

The picture you posted is an MB picture, for godsakes. Of course that is an OEM spoiler. It is right out of the Build Your Own feature on the MBUSA.com site.
There are pictures of the C55 spoiler both on MBUSA.com website and in many places on this forum.

will an AMG C55 spoiler even fit a C240, C230K, C320 Sedan ?

You are correct Kev. If you look at the 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Accessories Brochure at any dealership, you will see that exact picture 
of the OEM spoiler. Same one Rubenl has.

The picture that BabyBenz6spd posted above, is identical to the 2004 OEM MB Spoiler for the C-Class Sedan & Sport Sedan.

I don't know if the OEM spoiler changes *every* year, but the '05 is definitely different from the '04. You're right, the '04 is the wing-type that babybenz6spd posted. The '05 is a lip spoiler as pictured in the accessory brochure. But still not the same as the C55's spoiler.

the accessories are all made by other company. changes every year because MBusa stock them differently every year.
