How many problems with C240 first year?

How many problems with C240 first year?
Mine is a 2001 C240. So far I have had the following work done under warantee due to poor performnace of the car:
1. O2 sensor in intake path replaced, car ran very poorly, no power
2. ECU replaced, to update code.
3. Front sway bar support rods, loud noises corrected
4. Ball joints replaced, lots of shudder
5. Front window very noisy, related parts in door, still not fixed
6. Front Break pads, early failure
7. Oh yes, the keys, had to have one replaced, wasn't working any longer
This is my 5th MB, but non had this amount of errors in the first year.
How about you?

I have a very early 2001 C240. It had a problem with the keys, and needed some kind of reprogramming to get rid of an error message on the screen, but these were both fixed easily very early on, and its been trouble free for 18 months now.
Other people have definately not been so lucky. These cars definately seem to involve some "luck of the draw," you may get a good one, but there seems to be a higher-than-average chance of getting a lemon.

2001 C240 6spd
I have a 2001 C240 - it was a European delivery car that the original owner did not want because it was ordered with wrong colour interior. It had 1000 miles on the car when I bought it. Cup holder was broken and was replaced before delivery.
No serious problems:
1. faulty glove box light.
2. faulty cruise control
thats it so far.

2002 C240 6-spd (ret)
Took delivery of my '02 C240 in August 2001. No problems so far. I did get a BAS/ESP/ABS warning once, but it went away when I restarted the car and I've never seen it again.
