I have a c230 2007 and just got a new andriod 10 radio for christmas. I bought an adapter for the car and connected it to the radio and at first I noticed that when the car was running with the adapter on, the headlight lights would cut on, the srs would pop up, fan, the “check break fluid” signal would come up on the cluster, and keyfob would not work and when I took the adapter out, everything would go back to normal. My dad connected the wake up wire to the cigarette light plug and now the radio works with no problem but all the problems from the start would show for a little then stop everytime the car was in ignition mode, but the fan still stays running. If anyone knows what’s going on and may have a solution, I would really appreciate the help, thank you.
