Parents'Car

I have a 2007 c280 4 matic. The one I have has both a CD thing and an iPod connector in the glove box. I want to be able to play music from my phone (an android, not sure if that matters) through the cars speakers. I have been researching for hours and it seems like every Mercedes, even if it is another W203 of the same year is different. I was just hoping to find out if there is a way to play music from my phone that doesn't require me to take apart the entire car, since it is my parents car. Also all the old forums that I think might be useful have links from years and years ago that no longer exist, so I can't get real answers. I've found I will probably have to take the panel on the side of the glove box off, which is fine, but everything that says to do that doesn't have the factory installed iPod connecter. If anyone could help me out at all I would seriously appreciate it. Like Seriously.
