Help - Rear Spring Problem

Hi,

I've recently bought a 2002 C200 Kompressor Classic Auto (W203)
Its become apparent that the previous owner has had the rear springs replaced on the car but whatever incompetent garage has fitted them have fitted the wrong ones for the car. (aftermarket with no paint markings). The rear of the car is now visibly higher than the front so the springs are too big. This means the wheel alignment is too far out to correct and the rear tyres are being destroyed.

I've had a garage refuse to replace them as I can't tell them the the paint markings code to confirm the exact spring correct for my car.

Is there any way I can get around this issue or at least narrow it down?! Apparently just the reg number isn't enough....

Its standard suspension btw.

Any help hugely appreciated.

Cheers,
Sam

this is a table to calculate the right spring. The added points lead to the part number.
