Turn signal, long headlights and wipers start and can’t be stopped
Hi, I own C200 - 2001, I have a rare problem. When I turn on the car, the wipers, the long headlights and the turn signal start working, however I can’t stop them!!! Sometimes the car even couldn’t be turned on! The problem is not the modules( both are changed ), also it’s not the key(and the key hoe), and it’s not the lever which turns on everything of these. All these components are checked, but no mechanic knows from where the problem comes. If you had a similar or the same problem please hit me up.

Sounds like some sort of short inside your wiper stalk. That is the 1 thing in common.
Did you actually disassemble the stalk to inspect the circuitry?
The turn signal stalk assemblies do wear out anyways. If I were to throw a part at the car, that would be my first guess.

Honestly I would also consider replacing the wiper stalk assembly.
This is also a good time to change the stalk style if desired. MY2002 is different from MY2003-2004 (nicer rounded plastic ends, but identical electrically and swappable). Can't speak for the ones above.
