- Battery Condition: Often, a weak or failing battery can trigger undervoltage warnings in various vehicle systems, including the ABS/ESP. Ensure that your battery is in good condition, holding a charge, and is properly connected.
- Faulty Alternator: A malfunctioning alternator may not be providing sufficient power to recharge the battery or maintain voltage levels in the vehicle's electrical system. Have the alternator tested to ensure it's functioning correctly.
- Poor Electrical Connections: Loose or corroded connections, especially those related to the ABS/ESP system, can cause voltage irregularities. Check the connections to the ABS sensors, control modules, and related wiring for any signs of corrosion or damage.
- Faulty ABS Module: In some cases, the ABS control module might be malfunctioning, causing the undervoltage issue. Diagnosing this would typically require professional diagnostic tools to pinpoint the exact cause.
