I found a set of AMG aluminum pedals on Ebay.

Will these pedals fit a 2002 c230 Coupe? If so, what's the difference between these and the c230 aluminum pedals?

They do not look AMG - just regular C7 pedals. You can get them from any dealer, they come standard now on all C Coupes.

Yes, they will fit the coupe. They are listed by the dealer as AMG pedals. They were first only available on the AMG vehicles, when the c32 first came out. I think they are standard on coupe this year. Take care.

What a rip off... I ordered a brand new set from my dealer for $68 bucks canadian with taxes in. Go find out how much they are at the dealership first.

I went to the dealer and for $50 and change I got a set of pedals. I've already got the parking break and break pedal on, I didn't want to wait till Saturday and daylight. Now I just need to search and find the instructions for the gas pedal.

All you need to do is remove the pin at the top with some needle nose pliers and it will come right out. Good luck.

With a little bit of patience I got the pin out. I then removed the rubber pad and put on the aluminum pad. I did have trouble streching the rubber of the alumonum pad over the hump where the pin slides through. I initially popped a few of the rubber studs out of the aluminum plate. I eventually popped the studs back in and used some liquid soap to lubricate the pad.

The pedals look great and the car runs fine.
