I am in the middle of taking stuff off to remove the bumper. No one said anything about the windshield washer tank out to get to the left (driver) fog light. I have everything else ready to go and I am stuck at this point. It looks like a PIA to remove the tank.

And how do you get in there to remove the clips?

Never mind....I found the other hidden bolts for the bracket and the bumper came right out!!
