i was cleaning out my 2005 C230k and when i got to the back seat i was cleaning and i saw 4 of these metal tabs that would just pull out at the fold of the seat ( its inside the crack) so i decide to pull it out and now i dont know how to get it back in can anyone help

Why are you feeling around inside the crack?

 

I think there are release tabs in there too. Feel around some more in the crack (nohomo) and see if you can find a release next to each one. I've done it before trying to figure out if my backseat folds down (and it didn't), so I can check when I get home from work if you still can't figure it out.
