Wrong V60 cradle for W203 Coupe, Help

Wrong V60 cradle
I purchased the wrong V60 cradle, Q6820768 SYN 9283A. On the antenna wire there is SYN 0366A, on the wire to the 10 pin plug 3088819B01.
Instead of a RJ45 connector it has a 10 pin female plug.

Since these cradles are expensive from MB, does anyone have a pin out or color code for me to cut off the plug and put a RJ45 plug?

Below is the plug:

I downloaded all the pdf files from Pauls website http://home.earthlink.net/~phdwebsit..._bulletins.htm
The cradle I have was the last one I downloaded, the G class!

Every other class uses the RJ45. This 10 pins connects with the 15 pins of the voice control module to finally connect into the 25 pin plug going to the PSE moudule.

I have professional tools for putting shielded RJ45 together, all I need in the color coding and pin locations.

Sunman,
The production date on this cradle was 2002/11/05

I noticed on the Engisoft Nokia Kit what looks like an adapter to go from my 10 pin plug to a RJ45 connector.

This connetor may have been used on the S class and Cl already. All classes have this connector as of now. the good ol RJ is gone now. I have heard of Engisoft and when I tried to order something from them, there was a 3 week wait since they did not have parts in stock. Also, the connector is NOT RJ45. It is RJ50!!! RJ45 is 8 pin. RJ50 is 10 Pin. The crimper is different also for this connector.

Sunman,
I downloaded just about every file from Pauls website, every single one except the G class called it
Connect the RJ-45 connector to the socket
miroj also says it isn't RJ45!

Mercedes is trying to confuse us, what spec does MB follow?

Note all RJ45 connectors have 10 positions, but use 8 pins. The 10 pin version RJ50 plugs are cheap, but the crimping tool is expensive! I have done RJ45 by hand, not as easy as with the proper tools but it can be done

I have the following color wires:
yellow
orange
blue
green
purple
white
black
grey
red
red

I google searched Mercedes RJ45 and found a good site: Wolfgangs ML site
http://www.whnet.com/4x4/vrm.html

A 10 pin RJ45 cable leads from the cradle in the center armrest to the telephone harness (from the install kit) behind the MCS. The phone harness also connects to the power plug and the microphone wires on the radio harness and leads to a 25 pin D connector on the front of the PSE. The PSE fits onto the panel over the passenger footwell after cutting away some foam rubber. A template is included. The TEL-Out fiber goes to the RADIO-in fiber. The TEL-In fiber to the E-CALL-Out. The optional VRM voice recognition module installs on the TeleAid bracket. The VRM also connects to the D2B fiber ring using additional cables included with the install kit.
