the H/K is stock in the c320 sport sedan right, thats what i beleive but for some reason my dealer told me otherwiese,
the front speaker grills ddidnt have the Hk on them, are they suposed to, of the car we tested?

you would have them on the back speakers. If the audio has the surround sound option on them, then you have the H/K audio.
Yes H/K is standard on the C320's, also just some free advice,

ok cool, yeah im sticking with the 320, silver/black, sunroof pkg, xenons, automatic, heated seats, cd changer, andi dont wanna spend over 40, possible????

Yes,according to the 05 C-Class Sport Brochure the H/K Logic 7 Digital Surrond Sound system is standard on the C320 Sport Sedan.
