Hey all, looking at buying (and hopefully fixing) a 2006 C230 Sport. When trying to start, there is no solenoid click, and no starter noise. Check engine codes are P2716 (Pressure control solenoid D Y3/8N4 Failure) as well as P0025 (Exhaust B Cam position sensor timing over retarded) Owner states that she was driving it, suddenly revs increased with no increase in speed, and then would not start after turning car off. Ive removed the VGS (conductor plate) on the exact same model and had it repaired for a speed sensor issue, but does this require the replacement of the whole VGS? Could the engine possibly be seized? Just don’t want to buy a lemon. Thanks
