2004 C320 Sport Sedan Rear Brakes
I am receiving conflicting information regarding my rear brakes in my search for replacement pads and rotors. Some sellers state there is a difference btw Base and Sports Sedan model, and others say only the front brakes are different.

Call the dealer with your VIN for the latest PNs for the brakes.
Not only do the PNs change over the years, but there are several versions. For example, MY2004 has 2 different versions for the same car trim depending on which month it was built. People call them "2004" and "2004.5". That's probably what you're seeing in the screenshot.
I imaigine 2002-2004 (but not 2004.5) are the same brakes. My understanding is that 2005-2007 are also different brakes.
Then there are differences between coupe/sedan, luxury/sport/AMG etc.
