Here's the situation at hand.

• Both Sending unit and Fuel pump replaced
• Brand new fuel pump relay
• Brand new rear SAM
• Battery checked
• CPS on hand but not replaced

The car currently cranks but just can't start no matter what. I hear the rear Sam clicking and everything, but the car just won't start. What would be a next step to check?

The crank sensor would've been the first thing I replaced since it's cheap and relatively easy to change. I usually replace them as cheap insurance on any M113 or M112 whenever I buy them because they do fail. Have you tried scanning for any codes yet?

I had codes from the fuel pump but once replaced there are 0 codes. I'll replace the cps and see

Update? My C230K is also cranking but not starting. Then somedays it will start fine

Codes from the fuel pump? I had none. One day it just died. Amazingly I was able to
nurse it off the freeway and into my work parking lot several MILES away with just a few PSI of pressure.
So far not replaced the CPS but I keep a spare in the glove box.
Plus a complete toolkit, and a spare coil pack.
As I understand,CPS doesn't throw a code.
Cam sensor will though.

That was my experience when I had a CPS failure. Car died, coasted into parking lot, crank but no start, no codes. After the car cooled down, it started back up and I was able to drive it home later that day. I tend to keep a "break down" kit with me too!
