Question Recommended OEM rotors and pads

2002 C320
Looking for replacement front rotors and pads that are closest to stock OEM.
FCP Euro has a set with Zimmerman rotors and Bosch pads which look fine.
Looking at Rockauto and other suppliers though I only see a bunch of generic names like Dynamic Friction and Power Stop which remind me of shopping in Auto Zone.
I think Zimmerman rotors and Pagid and Jurid pads were OEM from what I recall.
I'm fine with the FCP kit but sometimes Rockauto has closeouts and I can get a bargain.
What do you think?
Thanks!

OEM pads are sheise. Need repl;acement every 20K- 30k ,miles.
Akebono ceramic FTW and MB rotors.
Quite possibly THE last time you will ever need
to do your brakes. They are just plain awesome.
Mine finally required repplacement...after 170K miles.
Made in USA. No fancy bedding in procedures,
Stop on a dime, grab like crazy, quiet, almost never fadeand Made in ISA!
I have them on all our cars. They practically last forever.
Trruely awesome product.

90 VW Corrado g60, 07 New Beetle Vert triple white & 09 Escalade ESV Plat LOL!
The biggest problem I’ve had with brakes / pads is warp / brake material buildup on the disc, dust and pad longevity.

Cosmetically rust was a problem. For the past decade+ we’ve run powerstop zinc coated, x drilled, counter sunk and slotted rotors. After a decade the first set on the wife’s 07 Beetle began to look dull like the rust was coming.

Ceramic is best as @C230 Sport Coup said. We got over a decade out of the (Bosch) ceramic pads. The xdrill and slotted rotors sweep all the dust off the rotor to cure warp / material buildup issue.

We run this combo on our 02 Audi allroad, 90 g60 Corrado & 09 Escalade AWD. A decade of service and no rust is a win - win

an additional option if you have the money to burn is to upgrade to c32 amg brakes because youre already replacing rotors and pads. I have all the links to all the parts on rockauto if youre interested in that. I think it was like 600$ total, and brembo made the stock c32 amg brakes so theyre pretty good for oe. I think those ones also come powder coated so rust wont be an issue for a few years.

Appreciate the advice all.
Wound up with Zimmermann rotors from FCPEuro and TRW pads from ZF Aftermarket on ebay.
