Can't speak for BMW, but Audi is just going to start offering BT on the facelifted (B7 A4) we will start to see over here in spring of 2005. It is available on the A8, and the new A6 also. Not really much of lead on A4 since it's not even available yet. I'm not sure about 3-Series and how long it's been available.
I suspect MB will follow soon. I think they are learning it doesn't make sense to offer one handset (v60). It's much easier for them and customers to have BT.

My father have a new A6 (c6) 3.0 V6 TDI with BT kit and its excellent, its fully integrated with MMI, and the new A4 have the same BT kit, I saw a new B7 today and its great, and we are also planing to trade my mom C5 for a new 2.5 V6 TDI B7.
