I went to the dealership yesterday (Mercedes of Pembroke Pines) to find out how much it will cost me to setup my car to xeon present (bi-xenons will arrive in 2-3 weeks) and I'm 1,100 miles away from service b.

They told me
Xenon present: $65
Service B: $495

Are the charge okay or I could try to negotiate w/ them?

Stealer charges vary across the country. Some will reset the BIX for free, some do it for free at a service, some charge. Charges for A or B will also vary. Should be free on your MY02 if you're still under warranty. For more detailed info click me.
