Engine Change
I have a C180 kompressor mercedes.
I believe the timing chain has stretched and gives me a fault code and the yellow engine light is lit.
Could this be correct? Has anyone had any experience of this problem?
If the engine change is necessary could i swap to 200 kompressor engine with 163 horsepower instead of my c180 kompressor 143hp engine?
Have anyone done this?
I believe the only difference between the engines is the bigger kompressor or are there more differences between the engines?
Is the software same (ECU) in the C180 and C200 or do i have to change other parts?
