Weird metallic noise @3000 RPM!

Weird metallic noise @3000 RPM!
Hey!
I have looked around and haven’t found anyone have the same problem. Basically, when accelerating and at 3000 and 6000 rpm there is this strong metallic sound coming from the front. When the engine is cold then I can also hear it at 1500RPM. I have attatched a video of the issue.

The car is 2005 C180K

all the help is appreciated, thanks!
