That's fairly high miles, but if it's well maintained or cheap enough, go for it. You should be past the balance shaft sprocket problems by 07. Might still have the intake flap issues, but not a big deal.
2007 is fairly unique as the Sport model got the C55 rear spoiler, 07 only wheels, AMG muffler, and black birdseye maple trim standard. The 07 cars are no longer pre wired for options they're not equipped for though such as telephone, SIRIUS, Harmon Kardon amplifier, etc. however. If you want to go down that route, aftermarket is your easiest path for upgrades but most people go that way anyway.
