Show a close-up of the connector. Is there a Mercedes part# stamped on it anywhere?
Looking at the wires all seeming to be the same blue or blue/black I cant see it being a stock harness. Im used to seeing wires bundled/wrapped together. Trace the wires as far as you can, see where they go.
