Hi all!
About 3 weeks ago, the car lost acelleration, last week it got back to it's normal behaviour but yesterday it lost it again... Has this happened to anyone?

I agree with smgak. If you cannot scan the car, I suggest that you start by examining the supercharger "plumbing." I've had two instances of low power on my 2005 C230 which I believe has a similar engine to the one in your car. (In the U.S. we couldn't purchase a C180, and the 2006 C230 had a 6-cylinder engine.)
One time I had an intermittent fault that I repaired by replacing the O-rings in the supercharger pipes. The second time, the problem was caused by a hose that had developed a split. You can read about the second problem with the hose here.
