Oh really? This is a shot from the front, wouldnt there only be one cable from the front and than an equalizer in the back with two lines one running to each rear wheel?
Oh now I see... that's the transmission pan at the top of photo and the front left tire is in the shot.
My guess is that those two lines are fuel related. One is probably from the fuel pump, and the other is from the charcoal canister for the evaporative fuel emissions.
According to multiple diagrams and videos there is only one line that runs to the equalizer that is under the rear seat and than it splits into two lines? Anyone know what the two black lines could be than?
