New to the Forum

Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum, I'm new and hope to learn alot from this site. Picked up my 05 C230K SS a few days ago. Here are some pics

I hate red cars, but on the C230 its looks soooooooo damn good. I would never buy it but I love looking at it. Enjoy it.

Great pics! It's rare that photos of a non-modified ride catch my eye as much as yours did. While I too, normally do not like red cars, I constantly find myself salivating over red w203 C sedans as well as imola red e46 m3's. Very unique and very beautiful. Every chump (such as myself hehe) has a silver benz these days so its great to see something different. Keep us up to date on how you fair with rock chips and swirl marks . That was my main concern when considering colors....cause im super ****.

Red is a rare color and I mostly see them on SLK's. I have seen one in person on thestreets and that is definitely a bright red. It does look good on a C

Thanks, although i think anyone with any color will be subjected to rock chips and swirl marks (black is the ***** of all), just not very noticeable on a lighter color. My other car is silver and I hated those lil white specs when washing my car. I plan to battle this problem with a custom clear bra for the front bumper. There is a professional detail shop in the area that said they can custom cut a clear bra for me.

I know I am way behind at responding to your post. But, the first time I saw your red car, it pretty much sold me on buying a C230K sedan. That is one NICE looking benz. VERY NICE. I guess I'll be getting mine sometime in the next 4-5 months. WOOHOO. It's a blast to drive.
