C7 vs. Non-C7 6-speed, Please Vote!
I know there has been alot of discussion about C7 and non-C7 shifters and how people like them, so I thought a poll would be a little bit more accurate way of breaking down how people fell about them. I'd really like to know since I will be driving a non-C7 6-speed.

I have a C7 6-speed... its the first stick I have ever driven. I got the car and within a bout 5 days I can say I think I for the most part have it down. Its great... I really like the small shift pattern and I think the gearbox is easy to learn and use day to day... 1st gear is pretty much useless after your drifting but outside of that I am very happy with it.
I find the clutch a little bit long but its very forgiving.

i have driven both the c7 and non c7, and the c7 is superior. i don't think the mb has the best shifter c7 or not, but i really like the more positive feel, and shorter throw.

I'm very happy with the C7-shifter. I had a couple of friends that drove it over the weekend, both specificially mentioned being impressed with the shifter (their main cars: BMW 325 and Honda S2000 - both cars with rather exceptional shifters).
