Comand Unit for Sale!!!!!
I have a pretty new Comand unit from a w203 C class that will fit the C230, c240 and c320 mercs. I got it from Germany. Installations is pretty straight forward. Just one small connector that you have to get from MB which I can supply the part number. I am going to put it on ebay if I don't get any responses. It retails for around 6-7grand at the dealer. I will give it to who ever wants it for $1250.00 E-mail me on

Installation straight-forward?
Too bad (for me) you sold this so quickly. However, the news that installation is straight forward is very good, as I had been looking into this for a long time and had understood that it would be almost impossible to add a command unit after the vehicle had been made. Did you actually have this installed and working? On what car? Can you please post the part number that is needed?

Okey, I'm so confused. My dealer has told me on SEVEral occasions that if I didn't order the COMMAND on my 2001 c320 from the factory that I cannot upgrade to it ever. They said if I wanted navigation that I have to get aftermarket. Now which one is it? Can i put a COMMAND unit in if I don't already have it?

From what I undestand, the european command system works only in europe. This maybe a problem if you decide to drive mostly in the U.S. What about the GPS antenna? Is that included or does it use the same GPS antena that Teleaid uses?
