2019 AMG GT63S, 2020 Ferrari 488 PISTA

Injector Fluid question

I rejected the injector fluid cleaning at the dealer. I didnt think a $70.00 bottle of fluid was worth it. Any idea of what brand to buy instead?

do note that fuel injectors are expensive too. i had 3 replaced at US$150each.

can't you just buy any type of fuel injector cleaner? i usually put STP in my bmw every 6 months or so since i first got my car.

If you live in the midwest, be forewarned that the quality of the Gasoline has degraded in the last 18 months to the point where the EPA and GM launched an investigation into the reason for all the injector failures recently. Obviously, this pointed to the poor gas. Wouldn't hurt to clean the injectors if you live up this way.

If you must, use BG44K. It is the best there is.
