Help with fuse box wiring/V1 install
This is my first time doing something like this... I'm trying to wire my Valentine 1 to my fuse box. From my research, I saw that I have to wire it to (supposedly empty) Fuse 7 in the fuse box in the trunk. My question is how do I do that? Do I have to buy a 2.5amp fuse and then a "fuse tap"? I honestly don't even know how the fuse tap works... But, I take it that it just attaches to the fuse and I connect one of the wires to it. Also, where do I attach the ground wire?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Ground the negative to the driver's front fuse box, then run the positive to the trunk. crimp on a male "Spade Lug" connector and plug into slot #7. The inline fuse remains where it is the way it comes from the factory. It can stay under the driver's front fusebox. HTH.
