day time running light
I was doing a search....but don't seem to find the answer. Is there a way to turn off the daytime running light on the 04 c230K. I have try selecting "off" and "Auto" on the switch board the headlight still comes on.

1st, are you in the US, Canada, or Europe? This may affect the answers that people place on the board.
2nd, if you are in the US, do you have a 2004 or a 2004.5?
- The reason I ask this is that I have a 2004.5 and the way to turn off "daytime running lights" is to have the headlight switch to the "off" position. Having the switch on "auto", turns on the "daytime running lights" ONLY if there isn't enough light and the sensors detect that.
Keep in mind, I have bi-xenons, so if you don't have bi-xenons, my info doesn't necessarily apply.

Same thing with mine the first day I got it, haha. You got to play with those computer settings on the dash and make sure to turn and pull that knob if you want the car to love YOU. LOL
