CD stuck in COMAND navigation system
my navigation cd is stuck in my COMAND navigation system. the eject button doesn't work. does anyone know how to get it out?
my COMAND navigation system was installed by Steve and it has had nothing but problems eversince. First there is no display about 30% of the time when I start my car and now the CD is stuck inside the COMAND system.

HEY sTEVE HEARD YOU ARE THE GURU OF NAVI. Well I have a 2000 E430 the navi worked fine but now it acts up, i would program the address and it would make the route so your driving along getting instructions from the navi then after a while I would peek at the screen coz the voice seems to stop for a while and the navi would read NO ROUTE (geez) so I would start all over again and it would calculate again and work for a while then poof I am off road but I am on a major freeway, or sometimes it would go to Activating navigation screen then to the the address input screen again. I am so pissed coz it does this while you are in the middle of your route. It was not like this before, it just started to act up this past week and it has been doing it since then. Hope you can help. Thanks
