To those who have removed Stock HU
I was wondering, those who have removed the stock HU, how much room is there under the main stock HU, I was going to install a second HU when I replace the stock one and was wondering if theres room or is there a bunch of wires and stuff their?
Also is the stock tape HU aplified at all?

If you remove the radio and cubby you can easily fit a double din radio or 2 single dins. It's actually pretty deep also because of the ton of wires that are on the back of the factory radio (3 block connectors, a 2 wire fiber cable, the antena cable and another one that I have no idea what it's for. There instructions abound on how to remove the radio on this forum. Basically you remove the air vents over the radio and then release to spring clips that you get to by half opening the ash tray cover and the whole front panel comes off.
The stock HU is not externally amplified (unless you get Bose).

Sounds good, Im installing a Rockford Fosgate RFX9200 and a Neo Mp3 Player as the bottom HU, my only concern is the Neo is a bit longer so I thought it may not fit, but it sounds like it will.
