It looks like an upgraded Altima!!
I had such high hopes for this car! My initial thoughts are it looks like some kind of cheap semi-upgraded version of the Altima. It's obviously a little bigger, but the lines scream japanese-sedan copy. The engines are horrid, underpowered for today's cars. The interior is just cheap looking. I'm disappointed. The one thing I'm positive of is that it lacks any kind of substantive "This is a MERCEDES" feeling. The car lacks soul. I would rather keep my 05 Mustang GT because the one thing it doesn't lack is any sense of passion and soul (and it has a big V8

Someone ***** slap this guy. People like you deserve to be on probation, and it's not because you dislike the W204, but it's because you started an obviously meaningless thread. Am I one of the few really looking forward to this car? It's beautiful lines really set it out... and I can't wait fro people to look in there rear view to see a BIG three pointed star coming up on them fast! The cheap plastic look from the "It's here thread" scare me, but I hope that is the camera, and no thread is gonna scare me out of a test drive!
Are there seriously anti-MB threads on a MB board?
p.s. don't dis japanese cars... Lexus IS is second on my list

It looks great, already the W203 is getting dated. It's time for a new C-Class with a modern design. All the little features are amazing, and also the big features (Pano-Roof)... I love that Bluetooth comes standard and it can finally play MP3 CD's. Separating the sport model and the luxury model is more 'obvious' in this series and it's a little bigger, which is helpful and a little more S-Class, which is ALWAYS a good thing.
I love it, I'm gonna get white w/ Pano roof and AMG body styling (possibly wheels). And I'm trade my C320 & Neighbor's Altima to get it!
