I went to a body shop specialized in "bending fender":
Sorry video in bahasa Indonesia. But you can imagine their technique. They use a special tool and a heat gun. It has to be done very slowly & carefully because W204 fenders are fragile. For 4 fenders they charge approx US$80... a 2-3 hour work.

It's AMG Style III Type 2 wheels. R20 staggered 8.5"/9.5" ET43.
The tires are Accelera Phi 245/30/20 front (should be 235/30/20) and 255/30/20 rear.
The setup is nice to look at. The C250 feels "tight" when I'm speeding by myself. Other than that I would not recommend such setup. Mercedes should be a comfortable ride, right? 😉😉

Nice. Was it an expensive swap? Trying to make my 2010 look up to date as well. Have considered those headlights too but it looks so much better on a white car and not sure how I feel about it on silver. How's the light output? I have stock xenon so would be a deal breaker if they're less bright.

Well I did the work myself, and got the parts at pretty good prices, I'm using led bulbs in the headlight light output is good and I made a custom module to let the eyebrows fade in and out... they do look better on a white car, I have see black cars with them in my area and it's not as nice.. but the parts to convert took like a month to get lol... my interior was tan so it's was a he'll of a job to change to black.... I'm still looking for a few parts, some I got from the dealer pretty cheap also...

I may be slightly biased but I’d say top. The bottom one has probably been my least favorite style for the 204, way too toothy looking. At least they’re easy enough to swap out!
Here’s a grill I just recently got for my C, definitely my favorite look out of all of them.

Hi, everyone! I've been reading the forum for quite a while.
This is my daily ride...
+ Mercedes Benz C250 2012 CGI Avantgarde Panoramic
+ Suspension: BC Racing Coilover V1 Series
+ Rims: AMG Style III Type R20 staggered 8.5"/9.5" ET43
+ Tires: Accelera Phi 245/30/20 front, 255/30/20 rear
+ Inner fenders have been rolled to avoid rubbing
There is some occasional tire rubbing on the front left (passenger) side. That is why the car is not lowered too much. I'm seriously considering to switch to R19 rims. Still looking for the "right" one though.
Regarding rims for W204, somehow in Jakarta (or everywhere?) the trend is fitting Japanese rims (ie: Rays/Volk Racing, SSR, Weds/Kranze, Work) onto German cars. It's like wearing sneakers with suits (which is cool nowadays *smile*).
Here are some pix:
