C350 interior shots (Birdseye maple, two-tone interior)
Have not seen many pictures of the inside with the grey/black interior, and none of the back seats. Here is my steel-grey C350 the day after I took delivery. Notice the difference in the wood's tone, depending on how the sun falls on it.

The trunk lid is too high. The crease line is supposed to continue the upper tail light gap and it doesn't. The lid is higher than the quarter panel and the spoiler ends don't match.

The latch may need adjustment.

So, the beige interior '09 Lux loses the '08's all-beige dash and beige steering wheel. The only advantage might be that the factory wood trimmed wheel could be installed which comes only in black.
