How do you find the Viper Alarm/Smartstart module?

Was there any problems with fitting or operation?

I purchased the Smartkey & Smartstart modules from cartronics. Unfortunatley shortly after I installed it the owner, Brian, passed away. You can still however go to MidCity Engneering to buy them. They offered me support for the modules after cartronics closed since the Smartkey is made by MidCity.
Installation is a breeze, literally 100% plug-n-play. As far as operation it intermittently won't start. I have a review on another MBWorld forum which MidCity replied to that gave some trouble shooting tips. All in all, I'm still very happy with it.

 

Do you have a big fin carbon fiber diffuser with stock dual exhaust? If yes, can you tell me what it is and/or where you purchased it? (pics too? Appreciated...Very nice car by the way....

Edit - just found it on Eurotecks site, really nice...

 

Sorry not a big fin, but maybe a bit more aggressive than stock c63 fins. & yes it's Euroteck. Great product, great fitment.

anyone knows if you can install steering wheel with paddle shifts on 2008 C350?

 

I've heard it can be done on the 2010's and newer... So you may be out of luck. I'll make some calls and let you know what I find...

Done some photoshopping. love this car. I also own a bmw 3 e90 which is much more harder in ride in comparison to the C, specially in our Indian roads the C is more favorable.

Just bought my C350 last weekend. I am in LOVE with this car! Lighting+18" AMG Wheels+MM+Logic7. Favorite part of all, it's in the color i've been looking for, for the past 8 months!

 

How come MB is still selling the earlier model of the w204 there ?

 

 

Got it from the dealers used car dept. Got it for, what I thought, was a steal. $37k for a 7k Miles, no previous owner, and an warranty in-service date of only 2 months ago, and 2 years extended with the Mercedes Benz New car Limited warranty. Basically has 6yrs/100k warranty

 

that is a steal.. the new car here costs about $80k thats 250 cdi avantgarde (top of the line) the one i got was also a demo car which was used by MB not registered.. i was the 1st owner and the warranty also started from the day i bought the amount i paid was about $63K and it was about 4000Miles reading.. i think i got myself a good deal too
