I think it should be the same as the current C280 as the engines are the same. The EPA is 22 city and 28 highway

So is the 350 engine the same as the W203 350? And if so what are we looking at there gas mileage-wize

For the C300, it should be 22 city and 28 highway. As for the C350, it should be 20 city and 29 highway. But I heard that a new way of counting the EPA gas mileage was introduced a while ago, so the numbers may change.
