Not that it is a key selling point but just fyi...
US:
E90 130mph (150 with sport package)
W204 130mph
Canada
E90 130mph
W204 155mph
So a 335 has 306hp but it cannot out-run a Canadian W204.

Actually, that was something MB Cda published incorrectly...has been fixed now, it's the same 210 kmh (130 mph) as the US.
