very true and it is bigger, so it does not sit in the groove. The smaller ones, including DFWdude's fit nicely into that groove (flush).
Does the grill on the sport W204 have a badge? If it does and it is like the luxury models, then that's another issue (duplication so closely). If not, hmmm....I may want one

Sorry to here that you agree with delirium. I pride DFWdude for his hard work and true enthusiast spirt. If he did not make these, tradition would be lost.

Interesting. I always used silicon and the flat hood plastic emblems for my benzos. The white star sticks out a bit too much for my liking. If it was bevelled and chromed I'd probably like it a bit more if they looked like the plastic emblems but were in fact steel. that'd be nice =)

I'd like to see a side-by-side comparison of one of these on the two W204 models. I'm interested in getting one of these for my Sport model and putting it on when I have my lux grille on. Might look better than two identical emblems next to each other. (For those that don't know, the lux grille includes an identical looking badge on the top of the grille) That or buy a stand up....

I've the impression that you only accept PayPal. Would you accept a check from a US bank in the US? I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for the check to clear. I make WHITE STAR Flat Badges on the weekends, in batches of 10, that last for a week or more, so I usually have some in stock.
I can ship internationally, but the cost is quite high. If you have the advantage of a US address, that would save about $40 in shipping costs.
I prefer PayPal, or a bank certified check or US money order in US funds. I do not accept personal checks.

I've taken inventory... I have enough materials remaining to make a grand total of 350 WHITE STAR Flat Badges. As this is written there are 310 in circulation.
This leaves 40 left to be created and sold before...

2. When the blue laurel wreath on your cheap, plastic hood badge fades to nothing (trust me I know), many of you will be looking to DFWdude for a custom replacement. But from the looks of things, they will be out of production by then.

I am making the last batch of ten WHITE STAR Flat Badges this weekend. One is already sold. That leaves 9 left to be spoken for, sold in the order payments are received.
I am unable to re-establish communications with the factory overseas that made the WHITE STAR inserts for this product. I fear they may be out of business. Accordingly, I will have no choice but to terminate production after I exhaust the current inventory of parts.
Those who have already inquired should make their decision ASAP, and anyone interested should click on the e-mail address in my signature below and inquire immediately.
Please don't assume that all have been sold so there's no sense in asking. I will post here when I am out of stock. Meantime, I welcome your questions and inquiries.
