Retrofit 320 Multimedia kit?

Hey guys,
I'm picking up a Obsidian Black C350 with P2, 6 disk and 18" AMG. I just can't wait for the 320 package on the 18th of sept because my car was totalled.

I'm curious if those who know more about the mechanics of the headunit (looks very non standard), could advise if the motorized head unit could be retrofitted?

I did this on my Audi A4 with the RNS-E head unit, i'm hoping some option is available so i can get the 7" popup instead of this 5" fixed.

Thanks a lot,
Alex

Coolal, Your out of luck, I asked the same question when I ordered my car thinking go with the standard display and then down the track arrange to install the large Sat/Nav display, my dealer told me that it must be ordered when the car is built, No dealer fit option available, So I did & paid $3900 for it.

I have the same question in mind as well. BUT the dealer always say you can't retrofit the Nav head unit just like in the W203 model.

Are we sure the Nav head unit can NOT be fitted afterwards ?

Anyone done it already ?
