Side markers (lit) or side reflectors (passive) ?

Side markers (lit) or side reflectors (passive) ?
Hey guys, i'm getting the front holes retouched and plugged by the dealership today, because the car already is past PDI and had the holes drilled :-(.
The guy they have is phenomenal so i have no worries about that. But while he's on the car, i wanted to get the yellow reflector/marker pulled and plugged as well.
Is it lit? That means i'll need a resistor and mess with a possible bulb out... or is it passive in which case i'm golden.
It didn't come across my mind to check before.
Here is what i'd like for it to be when i pick it up:
