W204 Owners - Post how much you paid for it
I posted my sales contract somewhere on this forum about a year ago to the non-believers

I bought my 08 C350 last August (P2, Pano, 18" AMG, ipod) for 33 and change and 34.9 OTD.
I had to post my contract as well

I had a very hard time getting the car to the specs I want. Only 09 one car left in the entire NE that had exactly what i want. White / Black interior p2, pano, and MM.
Good luck!

They had about 5 '10s on the lot but none matched what we wanted exactly. One on a boat somewhere had everything exactly plus heated seats but we didn't want that either. Well, we just closed on our '10 and we were only able to get $2740 off before taxes. That's still above invoice. Sure it had to do with timing, supply, etc., but just wanted to throw that number out there. We will be waiting nearly 10 weeks for the ordered vehicle.
C300 sport 4matic, white/mocha w/ MM, Sirius. I'm pretty excited about the car and it's not even mine.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
2009 C300 Sport - 6MT, Black (flat, not Obisidian), P1, iPod
$31.3k ($2500 under invoice). Wheel and deal away if you're looking to get a remaining '09!!! I got this deal w/ basically no big negotiations.

We bought in Feb, end of Feb, I think that is our purchase at the LOW of the curve here. But, since then, pricing is only rising on average in the Bay Area
It all boils down to what your preference/tolerance is for the extra "work" of shifting on your own. Can't go wrong either way since the car itself is great. When I drove the auto and put it into manual shift mode, the shifts weren't as bad/delayed as my Volvo SUV. The Sport mode may have had something to do with that.
If you get the 6spd, you could put the $1600 towards P2, 18" AMG, or a pano roof!

That's it... $38,615. "I will be able to discount the car a very fair amount" were his words without us asking. Hoping to come in under $40k after taxes but what are the chances of getting below invoice? I only know that BMW won't do it even now.
I just purchased a CPO 2008 C300 almost a month ago. I had a 2006 Audi A3 2.0T with a 6-speed, navi, and the whole nine yards. I bought the Audi new off of the lot (traded in a C230 for it), and I owned it for almost 4 years. The Audi was the biggest pile of crap I've ever owned. I had major fuel pump issues, power issues, I would lose all boost, and the car would randomly stall out (anywhere... interstate, drive-thru, drive way, stop light, etc.) I took it to the dealer, and had nothing but problems with it, and them. I called Audi of America, no one could find my problem. All of the interior latches, buttons, etc. broke.. for no reason... and I could go on and on.
Not saying that every Audi is a problem, but mine was more than a problem. When I traded it in, the dealership went to test drive it, and it stalled 6 times before he could get in it and drive. It seems like VAG products have gotten a lot cheaper and less reliable.
Whatever you get I wish you the best, and I really hope that every Audi is not a total POS like mine was.
back on topic sort of almost...
On to my deal, I got a CPO with 21,000 miles, 6-speed for 25k. I feel like I could've gotten a better deal if my Audi wasn't such a POS when they drove it. (Hell I could've gotten a new C300 if the Audi held its value better), but you live and learn.
I am now a happy Mercedes Benz owner again, and my new pre-loved car is wonderful.
