Anyone can recommend a dealer in Northern California?
I tried several dealers. None of them are willing to take any discount below MSRP for a car with Multimedia package. Anyone got good luck with any dealer?

LOADED 08' C350 & 14' GLK-350 Diamond White (P1, MM, AMG Pkg, Ln Trkng, Htd Sts, Keylss Go)
exactly what i paid for a fully loaded c350 (except for MBTEX) $500 over invoice...
dealer would not waive the advertising $500 fee that gets passed on by MB corporate to dealers, then consumers... ya, BS, but there was no way I was getting out of there at KBB invoice exactly when there were 2-3 people outside the office willing to pay MSRP on my special order hoping I would walk...
probablly could have got 500 off if I went on a monday morning instead of the last day of the month on a sunday afternoon when the deaslership was PACKED with rich OC people

I am very envious how great a deal you guys get. truthfully it doesn't make sense to me.
Here comes Mercedes-Benz out with a new hot model, the price is way below the BMW 3 Series and yet you guys get these cars next to invoice price. Why would a dealership do that.
When do they make a profit, when the novelty has worn off? I admire you for your negotiating skills, but I feel sorry for the dealerships who go along with that. My dealership would just laugh at you, buying at cost.

So MBTex rather than Leather? If so, then MSRP would have been $38,475. Looks like you are getting a bit over $2K off? Hmm, seems pretty good. Where are you located (town, State) and what dealership?

almost 1400 off msrp, all in stock
Shopped northern nj dealers. several (4 or 5) had multiple c's in stock. I mean mutliple c300, c3004matic, c350 in stock. both lux and sport. Not a glut by any means, but no need to special order. With that said, I only got about $1400 off msrp of 40940. I pro'lly could've done better, but no one would give an internet quote or a phone quote, only in person. At the second dealer I found a guy I liked, with exact in stock, low pressure, etc. so I bought. That, and I've had a spate of bad luck recently with work and family obligations (one 16 mo. old, one in the oven, wife just started a new job) so time has recently been hard to come by. More time and I bet I would've gotten to 1000 over msrp. They all were not giving anywhere near invoice, however.
With that said, tonight scored a black c300 sport 4 matic, Pano, MM, P1, Ipod for $39575. Car is being prepped, and tinted once I get the quote.
In northern NJ, I bought from Catena in Union. Car was in stock at their Edison lot. They had a nice white p2/mm/pano/ipod in stock at union, my second choice, I just liked the black better. They also had plenty of red, paladium, iridium and steel grey in stock. Also, Prestige in Paramus must have had about 2 doz. in sport 4matics in stock (not to mention plain c300's and c350s), and wish I had gotten there, but since in NJ bergen county is a state away from Essex county, well, it just didn't happen. Morristown MB had about 405 c300 4matics in stock. Globe, a small outfit, only 2or 3 c300 4matics. Note that I only looked at 300 4matics, so while I saw the plain c300's and 350's, didn't pay too much attention other than to note plenty of them too.
