If you punch in "2008 Mercedes c" on ebay you will get a list of cars for sale. What you don't know is if you click on several of the auctions and scroll down they have several cars listed in one auction with all the options for 12-1800$ off Many with pano, MM, and AMG wheels
I have bought cars sight unseen and if your local dealer gives you a hard time or is not "enthusiastic" about your business, I'd seriously consider doing it. I have a private auto shipper I use who charged 900$ toship a car from northern New England to Austin Tx - which is very good for that distance and I'd be happy to share his info
