A little advice please

Hi everyone,

I have a 2003 C230 Coupe. About 9 months ago, the car started to vibrate once I started and the check engine light started to go on and off. I took the car in to investigate the problem. Turns out I have a crack piston. Since I was still under warrenty, I did not have to pay to get it fix. But now, I am having the same problem again. The car is vibrating just as before and the check engine light is coming on and off again. Does it make sense that I have 2 crack piston for a 4 years old car? I have 35K miles on this car.

I just wanted to do a little sanity check. Thank you

Anita

You have a W203 and this is the W204 forum.....try posting in the W203 forum and I'm sure you'll get some responses.

If the dealer didn't fix it right the first time, then it should be covered by them even though you are out of warranty.

Your car is a w203 by the way
