I do not have an answer to your question, but I'm curious as to why you didn't opt for the C350. Obviously, there is a price difference, but wouldn't you spend the same amount in mods needed to boost the C300?

I agree with King, the manual transmission is a deal breaker when you're looking for anything "sporty."

I understand that manual's don't sell very well, but anyone who truly loves driving a manual transmission sports car can appreciate King's standpoint.

Does anyone else think that an automatic sports-car is an oxymoron?

I absolutely believe an automatic sports car is an oymoron and have never purchased a sports car that isn't a stick.

I also absolutely believe that the MB is NOT a sports car. If you want a nice german sports car, buy a porsche.

Of course, I have no problem with anyone wanting a stick in the MB anyway, just don't tell me it is a sports car.

Same motor as the outgoing W203 right? Go check over there and see if they actually got much of any power out of the upgrades before worrying about it.

My guess is they didn't get a whole lot, but I dunno.
