Command voice low volume

Hey all

I have C300 with sat-nav. Randomly the volume for voice directions will get very muted to the point that I can't hear her over the road noise even with the windows shut. Anyone know how to turn the volume up for this? The volume for voice recognition is fine, just driving directions is low. I had this happen before, and a complete system reset fixed it, but I don't want to have to keep doing a reset and losing personal settings.

Also, anyone have any hints for unlocking DVD play while moving?

Thanks in advance.

BTW - I did read the manual and it didn't help

press the repeat button, then turn up the volume as she is speaking/giving directions...let me know if this doesnt work, but it should cure your problems.

Blk is correct. Anytime 'she' is speaking and you adjust volume, it will adjust her voice volume. Once 'she' is done talking, your volume adjust will go back to adjusting your radio volume. FYI, Hit mute while she's talking, and you won't hear her directions at all....

Is there an option to automatically lower the music volume when she talks??
I'm assuming there is one, as I know the e92 does this and it would only make sense for the music volume to lower itself.

Not in my car.. maybe I don't have the option turned on? Would you happen to know how I would do that?
