Dear frineds:

I have my c300 sports for almost 2 weeks now, but when I tried to park the other day and today, I turned my steering wheel all the way to the right and slowly enter to the parking space, then I heard the squeaky sound.

This squeaky sound will happen when I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right when the car is moving, it makes me feel something was rubbing, did any of you have this same problem when you park?

 

sounds like you got power steering problem. Mine was squeaking all the time ever since new. Actually it's my wife's car. It had 400 miles when I met her. She thought that noise was normal but I said heck no! it soudns like there's no power steering fluid. Of course dealer replaced it but it's starting to creep up again

Crazy thing is the fluid was full and noise was constant as long as ignition was on. Entire power steering assembly was replaced at 400 miles. Now at 15K miles the noise is coming back more and more when I turn left from a stop. IF you can reproduce the noise they should be able to repair it.

I've seen other C's and E-class 2005 and newer with similar noise even when they're going straight. I guess yours isn't as bad since it only makes noise only when you turn.
I had mine repaired at Downtown LA motors MB. Seems like you're in LA so check 'em out.

i GUESS is a brake system....do u know that sound is after u step a brake when u parking?
