unlocking COMMAND
from what I have seen so far you need additional components to unlock the nav....in the past have you always needed additional components? Or was it just a code you use like mute + system etc.???

Currently there is no code out to unlock the dvd/vehicle in motion options. there is one member, who made a bypass and filmed it on youtube, there is also a thread for this.

I understand that....and have seen it....that option requires additional components....my question is in the past did you need bypass and additional components to achieve this?

In the past it required a EURO setup and not a US setup. Go from there.

ok...so in the past the ONLY way to get a unlocked COMMAND was to buy a Euro COMMAND and swap yours out?

Any updates on this unlock of the command system. I just picked up my C63 and I want the DVD and Nav editing functionality while driving.
