You don't have to remove the bumper. You can see there are 5 or 6 tabs at the bottom of the grill insde (one in the middle is smaller than rest of them) Those tabs are part of the bumber peice which came through the hole in the bottem of the grill. You can feel that the tab is actually 2 peices put together. you have to lift the bottom peice up(it is not gonna move much). While keeping the pressure on the lower tab, try to push the grill inward from outside in that area. Eventually you will see the tab goes in little bit which loosen the tab lock. then move to next one untill you get all of them loosen. Once all the tabs got loosen, you should be able to get the grill out. The little one in the middle is bit pain to lift but do the same way.
Make sure not to push the tab up too hard. It might break them.

It took while to figure out. but it was easier for me becasue I was replacing my Luxury grill to sports one. and I had one that I could actually see how it looks like where the tab gets locked.

Good luck!

I just removed my grille yesterday. It was not as difficult as I expected. You don't have to remove any screws prior to removing the grille. You can see there are 2 tabs that hold the grille once you open the hood. Then you have to push the grille inwards to detach it from the tabs that are at the bumper. kimyoung k has explained it clearly.

Btw, I have a sport grille for sale and also accept trade for a luxury grille.
